Clients are also responsible for ensuring that any materials they provide to VeyroCraft, such as logos, images, footage, fonts, music, or other content, are legally available for use in the project.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, VeyroCraft retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, processes, templates, working files, tools, techniques, and unused creative concepts.

Unless specifically included in the agreement, editable source files or working files are not automatically included with final deliverables.
